Is this a recurring monthly subscription or a one-time payment?
All KloudSense audit packages are strictly 100% one-time flat investments. We never charge recurring monthly subscriptions, never auto-renew your card, and never take a recurring cut of your cloud spend. Each payment grants an audit credit with a strict validity period of 30 days for the Super Saver plan and 12 months (365 days) for Starter, Growth, and Scale plans. Once the validity period has passed, the credit is lapsed and you will need to purchase an audit credit again.
How long are audit scan credits valid?
Audit credits have a fixed validity term and are not forever free: Super Saver credits are valid for 30 days from purchase; Starter, Growth, and Scale & Enterprise plans are valid for 12 months (365 days). Once the validity period has passed/over, the credit is lapsed and you will need to purchase an audit credit again.
How does the 2X Savings or 100% Money-Back Guarantee work?
Our 2X Savings Money-Back Guarantee applies to our verified Starter Audit, Growth Audit, and Scale & Enterprise plans. If our verified AWS audit report fails to identify actionable cost reduction opportunities with annualized savings equal to or greater than at least 2x your fee paid (Medium and High confidence findings), you are entitled to a full 100% refund.
