The KloudSense 2X Savings Guarantee
We stand behind the engineering depth and rigorous financial findings of our platform. If our verified AWS audit does not identify actionable cost-reduction opportunities with an annualized savings value equal to or greater than at least 2× your one-time audit fee, you are entitled to a 100% full refund of the fee paid, subject to the transparent eligibility conditions detailed below.
1. Qualifying Spend Brackets & Plan Eligibility
To maintain fiduciary fairness, our savings guarantee is strictly calibrated to the infrastructure scale of the chosen tier. You must select the plan that corresponds to your organization's actual, empirical average monthly AWS spend over the preceding 6 months:

Important Notice Regarding Super Saver & Audit Credit Validity:
- Super Saver ($199) Excluded: The Super Saver ($199) plan is an entry-level automated audit for small workloads (up to $2,000/mo AWS spend). It does not include the 2X Savings Money-Back Guarantee and is strictly non-refundable.
- Credit Validity Period: Audit credits are not forever free or indefinite. Super Saver credits are valid for 30 days from purchase. Starter, Growth, and Scale plans are valid for 12 months (365 days). Once this validity period has passed/over, the credit is lapsed and you must purchase an audit credit again to run future scans.
2. Strict Spend Bracket Matching Requirement
During the read-only AWS onboarding process, your account's empirical historical monthly spend is queried directly from AWS Cost Explorer telemetry and presented upfront for transparent review.
The 2X Money-Back Guarantee applies ONLY if the customer chooses the plan matching their verified spend bracket. For example, if a user has monthly billing of $2,000 – $5,000 and chooses the $499 Starter Audit (the correct bracket), the guarantee applies in full. However, if a user chooses the $499 Starter plan but their actual monthly AWS billing is outside the $2,000 – $5,000 bracket, or selects the entry-level Super Saver tier (which is excluded from the guarantee), no refund will be applicable.
3. 48-Hour Claim Submission Window
Because our comprehensive AWS Savings & Findings Report contains actionable, zero-downtime engineering remediation blueprints, architecture evaluations, and rightsizing commands that become the perpetual property of the customer upon delivery:
- 48-Hour Strict Filing Window: Any refund claim under the 2X Savings Guarantee must be formally submitted within 48 hours of the completed report delivery notification.
- Time-Barred After 48 Hours: Refund requests submitted after the 48-hour window has elapsed cannot be honored, as the deliverable artifacts, architecture blueprints, and rightsizing formulas have already been transferred to client possession.
4. Calculation of Identified Savings
The guarantee is evaluated strictly against empirical, actionable findings delivered in the official KloudSense report:
- Annualized Savings Formula:
Annualized Savings = Verified Monthly Projected Savings × 12. - Confidence Threshold: Calculated across all non-dismissed findings assigned Medium or High operational confidence.
- Exclusions: Speculative ideas, dismissed items, or recommendations requiring risky structural downtime are excluded from guarantee calculations.
- Customer Implementation Discretion: The guarantee evaluates whether our engineers and platform identified the qualified savings opportunities. Customer execution is entirely at the customer's discretion and schedule.
5. How to Submit a Guarantee Claim
If your delivered audit report does not demonstrate annualized savings of at least 2× the fee paid and your AWS account satisfies the spend bracket criteria, simply submit your claim within 48 hours:

Our cloud leadership team will review the audit telemetry within 1 business day. Upon verification, a 100% refund is initiated immediately and credited back to your original payment method (Card, NetBanking, or Wire) within 5–7 banking days.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not granted under the following circumstances:
- Super Saver ($199) plan purchases, which are automated entry-level audits excluded from money-back guarantees.
- Claims submitted after the 48-hour delivery window.
- Mismatched plan tiers where the actual monthly AWS billing is below or outside the selected plan's qualifying spend bracket.
- AWS accounts with sustained average monthly spend below $500/month.
- Lapsed or expired audit credits where the validity period (30 days for Super Saver; 12 months / 365 days for other plans) has elapsed.
- Voluntary disconnection or deletion of the read-only IAM role before the scan and verification can be completed by our engineers.
- Custom advisory or specialized migrations contracted under separate master services agreements.
7. Audit Credit Validity & Expiry Policy
All one-time audit purchases grant scan credits subject to a strict validity term and are not forever free or indefinite:
- Super Saver Plan: Audit credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Starter, Growth, and Scale & Enterprise Plans: Audit credits are valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase.
- Lapsed Credits: Once the designated validity time has passed/over, the audit credit is lapsed and expires. Lapsed credits cannot be redeemed, reactivated, or refunded, and require purchasing a new credit to initiate scans.
